I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from professional footballers and politicians to tech entrepreneurs, Glastonbury headliners, and caregivers. I specialize in supporting those facing significant emotional and mental challenges, including individuals who are suicidal or acutely vulnerable.

My approach combines humor, logic, and a tailored assessment of each person's unique needs, guiding them on their journey to recovery. As a coach, I use these same powerful tools to help clients reach peak career performance and personal success.
